It was an amazing experience working with Adele. She's a brilliant artist, and the engagement ring is even more beautiful than I expected, absolutely perfect for my fiancée. She was always in touch and really listened to all my questions and suggestions along the way.

Got my wedding band designed and made by Adele after she designed and made my close friends. I couldn't find exactly what I was looking for in other stores but Adele was able to take my inspiration pictures and find a ring in store that she thought may fit my style. We used the ring as a base and I was able to adjust the sizes of the diamonds and width to fit my vision. The ring turned out perfect and I can't wait to wear it. I was able to sell some gold to her that went towards the ring and she also resized my grandmothers diamond ring. Fantastic store that can do it all. Will definitely be back and will also get her to design some new rings with some loose family gemstones at some point.

I cannot say enough about our fabulous experience with Zadel Jewellery. Adele is extremely knowledgable in her craft, and was able to help me and my Fiance design my dream ring! We knew absolutely nothing about engagement rings and only had a loose idea of what we wanted. Adele was able to guide us through the process step-by-step, taking careful consideration as to what I was looking for while also offering her professional expertise and being very realistic and honest about design, functionality, and longevity - and working within our budget! She brought my ring to life, along with her husband who is a Master Goldsmith in his own right, and asked for our approval every step of the way! It was such a personal experience right from our very first meeting, which is exactly what we hoped for and I truly feel as though I walked away with a one-of-a-kind ring made with absolute love and care. She is also so fun to chat with! You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and wants to see people walk away with something they LOVE! We will for sure be coming back here for our wedding bands, and we will be recommending her to our friends for their future engagement and wedding needs as well! Thank you!!!
